Missing Scene or False Memory?

Hi

I've just watched the film A Thief in the Night on line and it's not nearly as scary as I remember it being when I was shown it at a church youth group when I was about 13.

However, I distinctly remember there being something in there about a guillotine with a metal basket catching the heads of those people that refused to be a "Citizen" and it was not in the film I just watched.

Does anyone else remember this? The rest of the film was very familiar.
