GEOFFREY WEEKS.star of enter the dragon,that man bolt and a tarzan film?

geoffrey weeks (the man who played braithwaite in bruce lee's enter the dragon), played a similar 'official' type of character in this too and also similarly to his appearance in that film, his screen time in this was also very short unfortunately.
to me personally i think he seemed a decent enough actor (albeit only being seen in a few fleeting glimpses), and its such a shame why i have not seen him in anything else (unless he changed his name, but why would he though ?), and its an even bigger shame that he passed on some time shortly after starring in enter the dragon.

I: was he simply another victim of the pretty well known curse of the dragon ?

II: was it foul play. i.e. had he publicly said/done something to annoy the powers that be, which is something they obviously don't take too kindly to ?

III: did he really and sincerely suffer from a short illness and pass on naturally ?

IV: was it a few elements of the above ?
