With Rogan & Galifianakis I'd guess you're going the comedy route but Biel & Pine are serious actors so I'm really not sure what you're going for frankly.

As far as casting a reboot I've thought of it often.

Steve Austin-Josh (Sawyer from "Lost") Holloway or Eric Dane

Oscar Goldman-Powers Booth/Lance Henrickson/Terry O' Quinn/Michael Douglas/Warren Beatty/Jeff Goldblum/Frank Langella/Alan Alda/Dustin Hoffman or Tom Hanks

Dr. Rudy Wells-Richard Dreyfuss/William H.Macy/Gary Sinise

Jaime Sommers-Charlize Theron/Alecia (P!NK) Beth Moore

And then if they used Sasquatch (Bionic or otherwise) then either Dilip Singh Rana (The Great Khali from the W.W.E.) or Tyler Mane could step into the big feet that Andre The Giant & Ted Cassidy once filled.

With the Venus Death Probe, the SEVEN Million Dollar Man, & tons of other classic characters & situations a film franchise built around the Six Million Dollar Man could be great AND make tons of money for the filmmakers.
