Great movie, just could've done without the narration...

This movie was really scary and really well written. The only issue I have with it is the narration from the female protagonist. It could've benefited without that closing scene.

Maybe lack of descriptive script writing purposely done.
An easier way to explain the plot without needing the input of extra funds to do it with additional camera work and acting talents, including any FX needed to fulfil those scenes.

It reminded me of Let's Scare Jessica To Death so I liked it.

One of the key ideas of the movie is secrets being hidden, truths being avoided, everyone trying to cover up what exactly happened. At the end, she shoots the only other person who has any idea what happened, so that she and everyone else in the town can go back to living their life normally.

The house gets bulldozed at the end further symbolizing all of what I said above. Her narration in the opening and at the end reinforces all of those ideas and that no one will really know what happened, except her.
