Is this scene from this movie?

I am trying to remember a movie that I saw as a kid. Is there a scene
outside the house where a car backs into a tree in the rain? There's a
man standing by the tree and he gets, well, squished. I think there's a
body that rolls out from under the seat and it's missing limbs. Nasty
stuff...and maybe I've melded more than one movie.

I was thinking that perhaps these scenes may have come from the Lizzie
Borden movie starring Elizabeth Montgomery but I'm not sure if I ever
saw that one. I know I saw Scream Pretty Peggy, though. Can anyone
help?
