1. Scorpio gets roughed up, arrested, thrown in a cell, then gets taken to an office where he still had two huge wads of thousands in cash in his jacket that the CIA didn't know about?
2. For such a superb spy, Cross was kind of an idiot for not taking his loud, clunky shoes off and giving himself away when running out Lang's apartment complex.
3. Too many freaking cats.
don't forget the dubbing. It was so ANNOYING.

I'm watching it right now for the first time, and there is a MASSIVE problem with the early scene at the airport:
Burt & the scorpion are discussing the assassination they just pulled off, of the Arab leader. They are talking to each other loudly & clearly, mentioning important details including the CIA's involvement, etc all the while walking past other flyers, the ticket girl, the boarding stewardesses, the pilot of the plane, etc, etc.
Every one of these people overheard them, clearly talking about a CIA-sponsored assasination.
Gimme break ...... I'm ten minutes into the movie, and already shaking my head hoping it gets less ridiculous.
Agreed. Great cast and location shooting. The direction and production values kept this from being a terrific film. At times it felt like a made-for-TV flick. It also made the CIA look like the Keystone Cops. I thought that the script lacked believability.
