What does the little boy say at the end?

The first little boy admonishes Harry for chucking the baseball over the fence. What does the second boy say to Harry? It sounds like either "Mister, you can play with us" or "Mister, you can't play with us." I know it's only one word but it makes a huge difference to the relevence of the baseball metaphor to Harry's life. I think so, anyway.

I'm pretty sure the kid says "Mister you can't play with us!" Thus signifying that Harry's youth has passed him by and there's no way he can get it back. Great film btw-Jack Lemmon is amazing in it.
