A PERFECT Picture Quality DVD At Last?

Do we finally have a DVD release of this much-neglected movie with a PERFECT picture quality release? I ask this because I have just read on here that a special 2016 edition has just been released. Have any of you bought this new DVD? If so, is the picture quality that big an improvement to merit buying it?

Even the best DVD will never be as good as a well-done Blu-ray. I'll wait.

The 2016 transfer is no big deal.
Nothing special.

I've just recently watched the Anchor Bay which is the best quality DVD of this film available!
