Yes, similar plot.

I thought the plots were similar as well. And both feature a cast member from Dark Shadows (Kate Jackson in this movie and Joan Bennett in Suspiria).

I'm glad to see that I am not the only one who noticed the similarities with "Suspiria."

...though "Suspiria" obviously had a much bigger budget (and a bigger mean streak, haha)
