HEATHER MENZIES

Nobody has mentioned the delightful Heather Menzies in the discussions of SSSSS. She made her debut as one of the singing Van Trapp children in THE SOUND OF MUSIC, and a year later, appeared again with Julie Andrews in HAWAII. She is very attractive and congenial in this film. She was married to Robert Ulrich later, who is now deceased.

Heather is terrific in this film, really one of it's biggest highlights. She was also quite good in Joe Dante's Piranha. I'd love to see her in more films.

She certainly was all that. She embodied that 1970s hippie chick look really well and was very sweet and engaging in this film. She definitely left a nice impression.

I recall seeing her one of my dad's Playboys in the early 70s. I couldn't believe it was the girl from Sound of Music. She was definitely a beautiful woman.

I remember her Playboy appearance. I spent an hour gluing the pages together.
Must have been cheap binding.

I really enjoyed both the film and her performance. Sssssss is definitely 8/10 for me IMHO, a real treat.

She was wonderful in this film and in Piranha. The two characters were really different. In Piranha she was more funny and sarcastic whereas in this film she was more quiet and intelligent. She did a great job playing both characters, though.

When I first saw this movie I thought the actress who played Kristina was the one who played Mrs. Kotter on Welcome Back Kotter.
