'Official' Region 2 DVD Available...Has Anyone Seen It?

There are Portugese, seemingly "official" region 2 dvds of this and other older, unreleased stateside, Columbia Pictures titles available, they are all "full frame" though which is suspect. Does anyone out there have any idea what the Portugese dvd transfer of this film looks like? How is the quality? It's also listed at 90 minutes, perhaps it contains additional footage?
