LEGITIMATE Region 1-NTSC DVDs now available!

This was quietly released by Universal's "Vault Collection". As with Warner Bros similar "Archive Collection", this is code for studio-issued, but on burnt (DVD-R) discs rather than machine-pressed ones.

So, it's a burnt copy, but one sold by the studio from their masters and 100% legal. As far as I know, only amazon.com are authorised to sell these as of now, unless Universal also sell them from their own website.

AND, for those of you in PAL format countries:

This TV movie is available on Region 4 DVD in Australia and Region 2 in Germany (both on PRESSED media).


For the Questor fan who has region-free equipment (and PAL compatibility), there's just the question of do you want a pressed disc (but have the sound play 4% too fast, given PAL speedup), or have the NTSC version with correct sound speed, but on a burnt DVD-R disc...
