Tidalwave on DVD/Blu Ray???

I hope one day that there will be a dvd or even blu-ray version of the American version of Tidalwave starring Lorne Greene.

Also I am looking for the original "Submersiom of Japan" with English subtitlesas well.

I was recently able to find The Japanese original with English subtitles, available as a torrent download. (I use software called utorrent, to download.)Around 20 years ago, I saw the American version starring Lorne greene, which only runs about 75 minutes. It is difficult, if not impossible to find the US version. The trailer for the American version is on YouTube.

Is this movie anywhere else? I have looked all over for it without any luck.
