Currently Legend House is promoting this title as a forthcoming DVD. Meanwhile CodeRed has the rights to the film and origianl elements to work with, sadly the Legend DVD will hit the streets first unless it is withdrawnn to avaoid a legal tangle.
If you are a fan of this film do not pre order the Legend DVD.
When it is released, reviews will peg it for the bootleg it undoubtably is.

Isn't that a little wonky, legally speaking?
Of course it is.
Code Red has the real deal coming, it will blow the Legend House rip off bootleg out of the water. They are shameless hucksters preying upon the horror film fan community with their crappy looking, unauthorized releases. In the meantime, they damage the market place for the legit DVD company that does things correctly,in essence , taking money out of the pockets of the company who has a legal contract with the rights owners.
