The Enforcer narrowly goes to #5 for me because it is shot soooo cheaply and the music SUCKS. It has all the feel of a Charlie's Angels episode.

honestly i gotta say magnum force i find a little more interesting than dirty harry, the rest are tied for "meh"

4.The Enforcer - weaker villains here (OP - Fielding's score was good).
5.The Dead Pool - my least favourite but still enjoyable.
One of the best series of films ever made. The first two are such a product of their time and all the better for it. Love that early '70s grittiness.

Besides my ranking of the 5 movies...I enjoy the entire series and I'm glad to own the Ultimate Collection on DVD.
Exactly in the order they were released, except MF is the one I watched again and again, with TE right behind that one.
