Famous

This movie is well respected in france and I am surprised no one here in the U.S. has heard of it. Jacqueline looks great.

i saw something about it in the recent film "z channel" so i found out recently it was on dvd and ordered it. very funny over the top little film. the action scenes are hysterical and belmondo is perfect for this kind of part. bisset was hot.

Jacqueline was very beautiful in the movie.

What shocked me the most was how there are whole scenes in this movie that were stolen by the Zucker Brothers for Top Secret. There's a scene in here where a secret agent is crushed in his car and then is talked to inside the crushed vehicle - much like Omar Shariff in Top Secret.

Hi -

Like many others in the U.S., I learned of this film from the recent "Z Channel - A Magnificient Obsession" documentary and tracked it down. The basic storyine reminded me a bit of "Paris When It Sizzles" and some of the comedy made me think of "The Tall Blond Man With One Red Shoe" but overall what a fun film from start to finish. Knowing Belmondo only from "Breathless", I never thought of him as a comic actor - what a surprise!

If nothing else, the James Bond / secret agent spoof parts early on are among the best ever done, and I think I have seen most similar films in that area such as "Casino Royale" "Our Man Flint" etc.

Can't say I have heard any talk of it here in Norway either. Too bad. It's a fantastic film!

Somebody here has been drinking and I'm sad to say it ain't me - Allan Francis Doyle
