Toei has rereleased it on DVD + updates on other ways to get it

I am considering purchasing it when I have extra money. If I do, I'll update this thread. Unfortunately the real DVD I linked is in Japanese, I believe.

You just need VLC media player to play it. The torrent has the widescreen of the original, but with poorer quality video. Really, just a lack of visual crispness compared to those screenshots I posted above.
