Help.. I just watched this movie and am haunted by it.. especially for the fates for characters Marina and Fritz. Why is this movie not as popular (if not more) than the Disney version?
shareThere could be many reasons for this but I think it's probably because it hasn't had a wide release for so long; the last time I saw it on television was back in 1998. In the meantime, we had the Disney franchise films and TV series, the Saban anime TV series, the 1992 Golden Films version and the 1997 Burbank Studios version, all of which had a happy ending and have been constantly re-released on home video or reshown on TV.
