I used to have a copy of TV MOVIES by Leonard Maltin and he gave this movie a bomb rating. I would have to agree.
Spoiler Ahead
One of the most boring, drawn out horror movies I have ever seen. The main actress (Cheryl Smith) has a disinterested look on her face throughout the whole movie. She underacts. In contrast the bus driver (Hy Pyke) overacts. And the ending is supposed to be that it was all in the girls mind? What a letdown!
I have given this film 3 viewings. First in 1985 on vhs and again in 2000 and most recently I bought the Synapse dvd. My opinion has not changed.

I can see why this film might not be for everyone. I felt the same as you the first time I watched it but I gave it more chances and it started to grow on me. Sorry that wasn't the case for you.

I watched the Synapse dvd with the commentary by director Richard Blackburn, cast member Lesley Gilb and producer Robert Fern. Like a lot of low budget movies I found the making of the film more interesting than the show itself.
