Where do I get the new transfer on DVD?
I saw another post mentioning a remastered release from Germany in 16x9. Where can someone in America pick that up?

Try xploitedcinema.com. They're a little pricey, but reliable and fast. They also carry the german releases of the first two "Dollars" films, if you're interested.
