'The Days Grow Hot, O Babylon...'
What is the source of the line "The days grow hot, O Babylon, 'tis cool beneath thy willow trees" that Hugo keeps shouting?

Thanks.
My first thought was that it was quote from Nehemiah (due to the Babylonian captivity reference), but that exact line appears nowhere in the King James Bible.
but it didn't ring true from some vague knowledge. and i did find a reference somewhere that thanked someone for their interpretation from bible verse
