I'd give it 3/10. It really is very bad. Maybe this sort of movie won't look out of place in the States, but it simply is not suited to Britain.

There were too many faults. The decapitation scenes were the worst. Just exactly how can someone be decapitated by a blade situated about 12 inches from the ground?

So it is .... and just wonderfully crap it is!

The protracted beating up scenes with the motorcycle goons are especially good. The actors in the leathers seem to be relishing "sticking the boot in" on the good guys.

That movie has warped my fragile little mind.

What? What the hell kind of comment is that you knob? It was made in Hertfordshire, England, UK with a British director and crew.

This is a misconception of many people who watch this film.
Because of a shot of the protracted blades near the end of the movie is shown from above,it appears that they protrude from underneath,or certainly near the floor of the car.But after the decapitation,if you look closely, there is a quick shot of one of the characters (I think it's Skip) pushing the blades back to their 'starting' positions, and this is into the roof of the car (neck height).

I disagree. I found this film to be an immensely amusing and enjoyable piece of sick-humored kitsch. 8 out of 10 from me.
