Looks like the hip hop Rap POS project they were trying to make with the same name as this classic is DEAD. I spit on it's grave. Will do the traditional pouring of a 40 on it too, but going to drink the 40 first....then "pour."

I honestly thought they made the hiphop version of The Harder They come already.
It was a wonderful picture called Hustle & Flow.
There are many similarities in the story of a musician trying to come up and not ending in a good place. Hustle & Flow like The harder they Come is also a good document of the area it is based on and the music they represent.
Plus Hustle & Flow is different enough to be enjoyed on its own merit.
not everything should be remade, especialy when it's more of a realistic "period" piece. what would a remake of this prove?

Good to hear that! "The Harder They Come" is perfect the way it is. No remake needed. Anyway, nothing could top the original so it would be pointless as far as i'm concerned.
