I love it

I found this in the bargain bin at the grocery store the other day for $1. The title rang a bell but I really didn't remember the film. Of course I bought it and was pleased to see that it was a fave of mine when I was a teenager back in the day. There were alot of those movie of the week or made for TV movies similar to this but this was one of the better ones. Loved Sissy and the songs too!

This is one of those little-known movies with a lot of heart to it, despite its flaws. Moving script, directed and acted with great care. It really got to me. Loved it. And it's the kind of movie that stays in your head long after you've seen it.
