Best version of 'Frankenstein' ever.
Anybody agree?
Personally, it's the best Frankenstein film I've seen, and it's one of my all-time favorite films.

I Agree 100%. Blows The Mind It Was Made Back In 1973. ....And It Was A Tv Movie With Some Of The Highest Production Values I've Every Seen. I Saw It In 1979,And Was Amazed That it Was So Good,I Wanted To See It Again. I'm Finally,After All These Years Watching Again Now,And Still Love It.
shareAgree. It's very high on my re-watchable list. View this, since I bought it 2 years ago, three times per year now, and it never gets old. It's a very relaxing movie, for some reason, it's length and being a period piece, not unlike Barry Lyndon.
Best Frankenstein movie ever, and I've seen most all.

Going back to what one the other posters wrote, that even though it runs for 185 minutes,it doesn't feel close to 3 hours long. It's like Roger Ebert use to say, "No good movie is too long and no bad movie is short enough...".
