Can anyone translate the entire title?

Movie of love and anarchy, or 'this morning at 10 in via dei fiori, in the
well known brothel...'

The quoted part is the beginning of the report written by the Carabinieri
(the cops) at the end of the movie.
Via dei fiori is the name of the road where the brothel is
(lit. 'flowers road')
At the time the movie is set, brothels were still legal in Italy,
and "Casa di tolleranza" (lit. tolerance house) was the 'politically correct'
term to designate them, on newspapers, legal documents, etc
