I’m beyond sick of this garbage, which has been going on for far too long now. Leave this classic movie alone!!! Get some goddamn original ideas you lazy assholes in Hollywood!

First they announce “Planes, Trains, and Automobiles” is getting a pointless remake, and now this shit. I will not pay a cent to see this! Hollywood is washed up. Hopefully this goes the way of Gus Van Zandt’s pointless and insulting Psycho remake and is buried like the embarrassment it is. These tools will never learn. Hope it flops hard.

Get some new ideas and leave classic films alone!!!

Wonder how they'll modernize it. I'm picturing an all-black cast. It has never ceased to amaze me the number of blacks who love the original even though there's nary a person of color in the whole film. So an all-black version doesn't seem at all far-fetched. Maybe Viola Davis as Chris MacNeil and the little girl who played Abra in "Doctor Sleep" as Regan. Of course, I won't pay to see it whether with blacks or whites. Though the film will be turning 50 soon, I can think of few films that don't need a remake because they're perfect as they are.

THEY ARE...I DONT GET THE ANGER...DONT WATCH IT IF YOU ARENT INTERESTED...PLUS ITS A BOON FOR YOUR CLASSIC EITHER WAY...IF THE REMAKE IS GOOD OR BAD...ITS MORE ATTENTION ON THE ORIGINAL.
