Another recommendation: Pa negre

Hi everyone! I am glad to see that a lot of people are enjoying The spirit ofthe beehive, and Pan's Labyrinth too.
From my point of view, there is a film which lays between those: Pa negre (Black bread) by Agustí Villaronga. Set inCatalonia after the Civil War, it is based upon the books "pa negre" and "a bird's murdreer diary", by Emili Teixidor. It was released in 2010 and it was both critically and publically acclaimed.
Not as metaphoric as The spirit..., but more twisted than El laberinto del fauno.
