One suspenseful movie

Caught the beginning of this movie on the late show about 20 years ago (and somehow) managed to fall asleep midway through. Have been walking around for the last 2 decades not knowing what became of Dabney Coleman's character. Could never remember the name of this movie. Figured out & caught the whole movie on DVD. Finally Closure!! My life is a little more complete now. Great little suspense movie...especially for a made for tv.
