The creep factor is off the scale!

Seriously, I cannot recall another film that raised as many goosebumps as this one.

I just got the DVD (finally!) and watched it alone in the dark and man, it's eerie how well this film held up over the years.

There are plenty of great horror films out there but this one is like a nightmare from which you cannot wake.

If you expect the unexpected doesn't the unexpected then become the expected?

Let's hope the new film does half as well with the creep factor.

I got at Best Buy when it first came out a couple of years ago, it was released as part of Warner's Archive Collection, it should still be available at places like Amazon or ebay.

Well, I saw it for the first time at the tender age of 35 (last year) and it wasn't too scary. For me, it was Halloween eye candy...especially the part where Jim Hutton has his shirt unbuttoned. I was drooling big-time.
