Some seriously scary shots in this movie

I'd seen the cover for this multiple times here on IMDb (for some reason it was in the "You may also like..." section of just about every single movie on this website) and always thought it looked creepy. The image of the girl walking in the woods with this crossfade of a man with a ski-mask overlaying it is really creepy.

It wasn't until last week that I discovered this was released by Anchor Bay back in '99 or 2000, and I own a lot of the horror films released by that company in their heyday (1998-2006ish), so that gave some credibility. Anyway, ordered the DVD, watched it tonight, and was surprised by how many eerie shots there were in this movie. The film as an overall piece is not overtly menacing, but the director had some GREAT shots of the killer; namely his appearance in the woods. One of the best bits I've ever seen in a horror movie. The film overall felt really "Argento" to me, but I think all of these Italian giallos have that sort of flavor. Really neat little movie, surprised it slipped under my radar this long.
