Torso Villian Halloween Costume HELP! red black striped scarf(ascot)

I was thinking of putting a Halloween costume together to be the "Torso" villian...

Anyone know where I could find a red scarf(ascot) with black geometrical stripes such as the one seen in the film? I've searched around and haven't seen anything close.

Also, what is the "beanie/ski mask" he is wearing made of? it doesn't look like a stereotypical over the face ski mask.
