Indeed, now here's a movie that will knock you back, it's action packed and you don't know what to expect when you first go into it. It's a cult classic and can't be touched and shouldn't be touched for a remake...I don't care what people say about Lovely but Deadly...or was it Deadly but Lovely...I don't care, I don't buy the story that that's a remake of Coffy.

Oh yeah, me too, me too, I just love it when she pulls the shotgun on Sugar Man and says "This is the end of your rotten life you motherf^cking dope pusher" then blows his head off and corners Grover and says "It was easy for him because he really didn't think it was coming, but it ain't gonna be easy for you cuz you'd better BELIEVE it's coming".
They just DON'T make the heroines like they used to.
For me it's THE best action movie ever made!
share'Coffy' is awesome! I find the the atmosphere, the revenge aspect and the violence in this film is much more disturbing than 'Foxy Brown'—much rawer and grittier. There is one sequence that frustrates me though towards the end; when she shoots one of the bad guys in a swimming pool with a shotgun—there is no blood and this cheapens the effect, considering the rest of the violence and action sequences have a fairly strong impact.
