I've seen this.

I was born the year this first aired so my first knowledge of it came when I chanced across the title in Leonard Maltin's movie guide. I think it was even taken out of later editions to make room for newer movies, but I stumbled on it when it was shown as a late night movie in the late 80's or early 90's and having always been curious about it, I watched it.

I remember not caring much for it, but it was watchable. I'm glad I saw it since it seems to be fairly obscure now.

I've seen this once, many decades ago. I don't think we even had cable yet. Obviously I was way too young (11) to see it when it came out.

Not even local stations (what used to be VHF) watch it.

I'm not sure I would get it on DVD or VHS at this point even if was available. Probably not enough money can be made from the sales. And no one under 35 even knows who Karen Valentine is anyway!

Spoiler Alert-I do remember she chooses John Davidson's character in the very end.

I saw on tv years ago too. I wonder if it was based on the hit comedy play "Run for your Wife" - about a London cabbie bigamist with wives on both ends of London.

reply

Yeah, I'm 40, and I barely know who Karen Valentine is.
