Quality of copies on DVD

This movie is available at a on-line dvd movie house that sell what they call cult films. I purchased three titles, one of which was The Cat Creature. I paid 15.00$ plus shipping for it. The quality of the recording is JUNK. You cannot make out much of the primary details of the actors and sets. Despite the company providing a disclamer that these are rare out of print movies don't get caught up in purchasing from them.

I can vouch for that.Buyer beware.

Never buy bootlegs. If you can, try to trade. I've been trading for years, and the few times I've bought dvdrs, they were poor quality or defective and the sellers never acknowledged this. I've gotten some bad dvdrs in trades (from bad traders), but always bad dvdrs from sellers.

This DVD is a copy made from a TV Recording as are most of Their inventory. I question the actual generation count of the master used for making this title. Probably four or five.

I have a copy of this film, it's not perfect by any means but it's very watchable. My copy has the end credits intact, most copies available do not. I had to splice in the end credits from a different source but they are included.

I have a complete remastered version that looks nice , even the original screen gems is at the end right after the skull end credits
