Cannibal Girls ~ YES, it's as BAD as it SOUNDS!

Ouch...what a stinker.
I guess one call tell by the goofy title, but this one is TERRIBLE.
I even have to give some credit to its year {1973}, but even then, it's just plain awful.
Thank God the primary characters, Levy and Martin, went on to much better stuff as they're both very talented.
The 'secondary' characters are awful, even WORSE than those 2 above!
As for producer/director Reitman: he's done some great stuff since.
This is one of his first, and it shows.
One big YUCHHH!

"I even have to give some credit to its year {1973}, but even then, it's just plain awful." It's not like all movie from 1973 were awful... sheesh! Plenty of good movies came out that year.
I know some people just can't stand anything more than a few years old, something I just don't understand, but really... this movie is bad because of the lousy script and being an early project for all those involved.

Just watched it and yeah, it's pretty unwatchable. Apparently it's supposed to be a spoof, but a successful spoof needs to have some funny moments, and this klunker did not. Paced like a clogged artery.

It occurred to me that Manos The Hands of Fate wasn't supposed to be a spoof of the genre, but ended up being just that; whereas this movie was supposed to be a spoof and was simply terrible.

The script was brilliant, the acting was brilliant...One of my all time favs :)
