I found it at a dollar store. It comes in a slim case and is found on East/West DVD. http://www.eastwestdvd.com/home.aspx?action=getprepck&value=VOL-1006C&ewtitid=309

Ya can also score it on the 4 DVD set Mill Creek's "Family Pack". 20 movies for 7 bucks @ Big Lots! The print is fair, but watchable. And a cute little film.

It is also included on the Mill Creek 12 DVD set of 50 movies called "Timeless Family Classics". THis movie reminds me of that cartoon series "The Littles"
