News at Ten? spoilers

This is really strange but I noticed that during the fight scene between Katherine and Syrene in amidst all the dramatic music the News at Ten theme tune suddenly blasted out. Did anyone else notice this? Did the same composer work on both projects?

More likely it's "library music", which a lot of low budget films use, because it's cheaper than hiring a composer and recording new music just for the film. That piece of music probably appears in a lot of movies and TV shows.
