Back when this first came out my local theater in Denver had a 'go ape for a day' showing where they showed every ape movie leading up to and including "Battle..". There was such a huge crowd that they had to start showing them in the second theater! Did anyone else have this in their city?

shareI never heard of it until several years ago. My town never had a movie theater, just a drive-in. Still strange that I'd never heard of it.

shareI seem to remember the local drive-in had something like that back when the movies were really popular. But they called it an "Ape-o-Rama" - something like that.
