I look for the version described in the details, as the "horror version," that has the lady vampire biting her victims in the neck instead of the genitals. It sounds like a more serious film. Does anybody know where that version exists?

You can find the "horror version" on the Kino/Redemption Blu-ray alongside the original erotic cut. The story is still pretty much the same but the death scenes are a lot shorter and involve her seducing and biting her victims. A couple of scenes were also cut out. The bit where Lina Romay masturbates on a bedpost is replaced with a scene of her tossing and turning in her sleep.
