An underrated classic!

What a wonderful film! Such a awesome performance by Robert Stephens. That voice! He had such a fascinating way of speaking which really made the film come alive. Not forgetting Robert Powell, who was also a terrific actor in his day. Unlike the idiots on this board, I don't think there are any reasons to put this movie down. It was gripping, very scary and dark all the way through, and I thoroughly enjoyed it.
