Yeah, what they said! I haven't seen this film since the seventies! All I remember is a sad Elizabeth Taylor's husband stepping out on her and she thinks it's because she's getting a little long in the tooth... I think he explains to her somewhere down the line, unfortunately after she goes under the knife, that it's not her looks he's tired of... it's actually her. I remember her walking with a suitcase in a foreign train station. I don't know if I even got the plotline to this film correct. It's been a long time and I am almost 51 years old! Too long in the tooth to hang out at the Goodwill Store, Somebody might try to give me a quarter or something.

I always get lucky at Goodwill -- at least in terms of movies and clothing -- but I have yet to find this in the bins there. I did see it for $3.95 or so a few years ago in the bins of a record store, but I foolishly passed on it.

Why would this have aired on TV in black and white? Was it a black and white set?

I remember vaguely when this came out, then just as quickly it seemed to vanish from theaters. You'd think the subject of plastic surgery would be a minefield in films today, but I guess it hits too close to home for many in Hollywood.
