I have this film on VHS and I watch it often. This one is easy. When they are driving back, they stop the car for a brief moment to discuss how the person responsible must be racing back as they speak and how they could beat him or her... during the time they are stopped an obvious car drives past them from behind. That would very likely be the car driving Arnold's body.
