I bought my copy off ebay and it's a swedish import, however it is widescreen. The picture quality is probably about 6/10 but pretty much what I expected. The audio is mono. Overall its not bad but could've been slightly better. I don't know if there will ever be a pristine version for this great movie. The widescreen version availble from Italy only has the Italian soundtrack. However other movies from the duo available from Italy are widescreen and have mono or stereo english soundtracks. The reason I bring it up is that a few of their movies turned up in reg 2 (UK) as full-screen versions late 2005. If you're ok with that aspect ratio then thats fine.

Another couple of movies I bought off ebay were "Two Missionairies" & "I'm for the Hippopotamus". Both look like they were taped off a VHS copy so are probably bootlegs.

I have imported from www.dvdland.it some widescreen versions of TH/BS movies and the quality is pretty sweet. The first one to arrive was a pristine print of "Who Finds A Friend, Finds a Treasure". Again use caution when ordering. Make sure you click on a full description of the movie and look for the "Inglese"(english) audio - it's not always guaranteed on every film. You'll have to have IMDB open in another window so you can copy one of the films' original italian language titles then paste into search on the italian dvd site. Once you get it, click on Terence Hill link to get the rest of the duo's films

If you can get your hands on the Swedish version of "Watch Out We're Mad" from ebay then at least you'll get widescreen and english. The DVD cover and title font varies from version to version of this film and look almost identical. The Swedish version does not have Terence tipping his cap, in fact the whole right arm is out of sight. The synosis text on the back cover is in Swedish.

Hope some of this helps in your quest

HELL YEAH WE NEED THIS ON R2 DVD!!!
I recall seeing it on a double bill, as they used to show 2 movies at the flicks in '70s UK cinemas. it was the first movie i can recall seeing at the flicks, and I always thought it was called Dune Buggy, until I asked a few choice questions here.

I NEED THIS FILM ON DVD!!!!

SIGNED AND SIGNED!!!!

my funniest film EVER (beating top secret, blazing saddles, airplane 2 *YES IT WAS FUNIER THAN ONE, SO SHOOT ME* and ace ventura). i saw it on vhs rental one sunday and laughed my head off, and the theme song ..... damn funky and catchy!!! might also want to put the soundtrack in the package too .....

i was pretty disappointed that this wasn't included in the previous group releases, so hopefully this abomination with soon be quickly rectified .....

or i'll find a friend with a fortune to buy me a big whip TO GET MAD ON YO ASSES!!!!

i got this on dvd now, appearently it had been out a while without me knowing it, i think this is the only hill/spencer movie i haven't seen yet. it seems to be one of the most liked too. now i'm just waiting for a special occasion to check it out, hope there's not an accident or something before that.

empty and dark,
a lost soul, a lonely heart,
are you still out there somewhere,
after all these years,
the old city buildings stay just the same,
while i've changed over the years, time and time again,
what went wrong,
am i supose to stay in this empty dark as time goes on,
though it's not quite the same,
but today i felt a bit alive again,
and i'm gonna holler out loud,
as i travel through the night.
