So bad that it's so so so good!

This movie is terrible and I've watched it about 30 times. I love it so much. My favorite lines include "I'm the tennis coach!", "You get points for being disabled!", and "I like perversion". Of course, I also love the song..."I keep telling myself I'm not a kid anymore!!" The movie is fantastic.

Then you need to look up the word in your dictionary. You are totally off on all of this, as usual. You don't know what you are talking about.

"you have sang this song before" Try to be original rather than using the words others have used with you. I have said "you have sang that song before" to you countless times because you repeat the same trite BS over and over and no, as usual, you don't know what you are talking about.

blaqueicemartini, I don't know how familiar you are with this teenage Hedda Hopper but she repeats the same BS over and over again. You are correct in your assessment that she knows little about the women or the actress. That's true about Miss Wood and most of the actresses of the classic era. She reads unauthorized biographies and IMDB credits and takes it from there. She is vacuous.

See, just as I said, she reads and draws conclusions. All surface info. A ten year old who knows ZIP about Miss Wood could have posted the surface info you posted. It's laughable.

Whenever someone disagrees with her, she accuses them of stalking her.

Miss Wood took a break after Penelope. She had been working since she was 5 years old. I know you feel that people should work until they die but that not the choice some make. Miss Finstad had never met Miss Wood and knew nothing about her when she wrote Natasha. Using the term semi-retired was not the only incorrect part of Finstad's book. You can't seem to grasp that Miss Wood had been working non stop for 23 years , from the age kids are going to pre-school to the age of 28. and she wanted to take a break. She was very much established at that time. An actress could not be more established than she was. That is a ludicrous thing to say as is most of what you say.

LMAO "I doubt most ten year olds know some of the big words I used". LOL

Your posts are that of a person with surface knowledge of Miss Wood and of the classic era in general. You read it and type it, including THE BIG WORDS. LOL

again with "you have sang this song before" You verify what I am saying. You read it, you repeat it.
Actually, your comments were off topic. The previous posters were discussing whether or not they like The Affair. Your response had nothing to do with this thread. Rather than express your views on The Affair, you use the thread as your opportunity to review Natalie Wood's career, singing the same song that you have sung over and over again.
I have every right to respond. No one has threatened you, no one wishes you any harm. This is a public forum on which your behavior has been obnoxious, rude and indignant. You come after people, insult people, but you cry when someone comes back at you.

Let's hear your review of The Affair, did you like it, did you not like it? Why? Can you do that without personally attacking Miss Wood or Robert Wagner. Can you do a big girl, grown up on topic post without the gossip and innuendo?

It's entertaining for sure, and the song is enjoyable, though this isn't one of the better efforts of anyone involved here. I think the performances were adequate, though the script read like a Hallmark Hall of Fame reject. I could never understand why Natalie and Robert's characters became a couple in the first place – or, once they did, why he ended it. R.I.P. to Gil Cates, and thankfully he directed much, much better films. 6/10 stars from me for this one.
