Why is he still defending Chloe? Why does he think he "deserves" to be Bella's father?

I know Billy has a couple of children already, and Kevin has none, but WHY make Chloe steal Billy's sample in the first place if there was going to be no payoff???

I just can't.

And what a lame, cop-out way to reveal the "big" secret ... Chloe just standing there (for only us to see???), reading the letters with a blank, bored expression ...

Yep, that was a big nothing. Maybe Kevin will take Bella, find Chloe, and live happily ever after off-screen.
