I get that this is a soap, and things happen v-e-r-y s-l-o-w-l-y, but why is it taking so long for the truth to come out?
Chloe is a terrible and boring villain. She went completely off the deep end by taking Billy's sperm and framing and killing Adam, yet the writers want us to sit back and watch her "play normal" for several months now?!
Where's the payoff???

shareIt's sad, because I really liked her before she lost Delia. I think she is a good actress, but is limited by the material she's given.
Plus with a lot of people (me!) thinking Adam wasn't "killed" ... there's no real closure or sadness for his "death." Every time I have to watch Victor or Chelsea cry over Adam, or Chloe look all guilty and panicky, I'm like, "Well, he's not really dead, so..."
I'm really just waiting for Adam to walk through a door... then it's all, "Ohhh she 'just' held him captive for 6 months..."
I post on the "SoapSheKnows.com" board and the rumor is that Chloe has Adam locked up somewhere, is feeding him, holding him hostage. He is supposed to make a return.
Also, Justin Hartley is done filming the prime time show for now, and he may me coming back to Y&R for a little while.
It's funny, but they do show JH photo in Chelsea's home.
Yeah, I noticed him in the picture, too! Soaps don't usually keep pictures like that 'around' for no reason... I didn't think Justin would come back; I thought they'd recast the role.
If it's Justin, then it's almost a given that Adam's return will be "short term." :(
Hope he comes back. Yes, photos don't usually hang around once the actor is gone. Y&R is going t have a very hard tie replacing JH. We got very lucky that he was available to fill the MM ( whom I still love) role.
