Christopher Biggins is credited as "Podge" in episode 6 (Birthday Boy) but in episode 13 (End Of An Era) he is credited as "Usher". Do we assume he is the same character?

'Podge' is the name of the character. 'Usher' is what he was in that particular episode, ie an usher at the church at the wedding.
