Bob's birth sign error

Bob looks through the paper to see that Terry shares a birthday with James Ogilvy. James Ogilvy was born on February 29th so we must assume that the programme is set in 1972 (when it was made rather than 1973 when it was shown), a leap year - as was 1944; the year of his birth which would make him 28 (or 7!).

Bob says he was born in January which would make him a Capricorn (as suggested) but then says he shares a birthday with Bruce Forsyth but Bruce was born on February 22nd (Pisces)
