I have a mate who claims he appeared as Peter Vaughan Clarke in the Tomorrow People and was replaced by a child actor who also took his stage name, Peter Vaughan Clarke...
Anyone know if this is true?

Peter Vaughan Clarke was the name of the actor. He was in the series from 1973 through to 1977, it was the same actor throughout.

I think your mate is pulling your leg.
